A 4-day women’s retreat, a journey home to yourself, to step away from the noise and into the desert’s magic. Hike breathtaking red-rock trails, flow through yoga under endless skies, and reconnect with yourself and the wild beauty of Zion, ending each day beneath a blanket of stars.

Hurricane, Utah | October 8–11, 2026

A 4-day women’s retreat to reconnect with your body, recharge your nervous system, and remember your wild, radiant self.

When was the last time you felt wild, free, and deeply alive?

As women, we’re always holding it all together — work, family, responsibilities — until we forget what it feels like to truly breathe. To move slowly. To feel at home in our bodies again.

The Roam To Rise Zion Retreat is your invitation to pause, exhale, and return home to yourself.

Over four transformative days in Utah’s breathtaking red rock desert, you’ll hike at sunrise, move with intention, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Through adventure, yoga, and sisterhood under the stars, you’ll remember what freedom feels like — rooted, radiant, and wildly alive.

Come breathe. Come roam. Come home to you.

Welcome to the Roam to Rise Zion Women’s Retreat

This isn’t a packaged ‘wellness trend’—it’s a carefully held container created from lived experience. We blend nervous-system healing with four days under the Zion sun. Mornings on the trail. Afternoon yoga flows with the red rocks as your backdrop. Evenings filled with stars, s’mores, and sisterhood by the fire.

Roam to Rise Zion is your permission slip to slow down, breathe deep, and play in the wild again.
We’ll hike, flow, laugh, and soak up the kind of quiet you can feel in your bones.

October is pure magic in Zion—warm days, cool nights, fiery sunsets, and fewer crowds. Our home base is a cozy desert hideaway in Huricane, designed for connection, rest, and adventure.

This retreat was made for the woman who’s ready to trade burnout for joy and to move her body and remember what it feels like to come alive.

TESTIMONIALS

Inspiring, connected, and aligned are the three words that come to mind when I think of this retreat. Heather showed up as such a present, supportive, and authentic leader. One of the most memorable experiences for me was the timeline drop-in. I remember getting emotional and feeling this deep sense of knowing — that I was exactly where I was meant to be. For the first time, I felt like I was not only on track to create the future I desired, but also deeply in love with the journey unfolding in front of me.

Dee

The retreat was truly life-changing for me. The biggest shift I experienced was finally releasing all doubt about whether this was the right path for me. I decided to go all in — no more plan B, no more questioning. Looking back now, a year and a half later, I can say without hesitation that committing fully was the best decision I could have made. This retreat gave me the clarity, confidence, and courage to trust myself and my journey.

Kristy

Every part of the retreat was memorable — from the fun activities to the photo shoots — but what stood out most was the sense of sisterhood. Being surrounded by women on a similar journey made me feel deeply connected and aligned. I walked away not just with clarity about my path, but with friendships and memories that continue to inspire me long after the retreat ended.

Heather Nichole | Retreat Leader, Coach & Yoga Teacher

After a decade as a destination photographer and a lifetime of “holding it all together,” I burned out hard. Healing through nervous system work, yoga, and adventure became my way home—and now, it’s what I share.

I create women’s retreats that blend movement, breath, and the wild outdoors so you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and remember who you are—beyond the noise, the roles, and the hustle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the retreat package?

Your all-inclusive retreat experience includes luxurious accommodations, daily yoga and somatic practices, nourishing brunch and dinner each day, and 24/7 coffee and tea. As well as guided hikes through Zion National Park and Snow Canyon, paddle boarding at Sand Hollow, stargazing under the desert sky, a group photo experience, connection and creativity workshops, and all ground transportation for planned excursions throughout the retreat.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga to attend?

Not at all! Our session will be a good fit for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We will offer modifications for every pose, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported on their mat.

What's the best way to get to the retreat?

Fly into St. George Regional Airport (SGU) or Las Vegas (LAS). We’ll coordinate optional group shuttles from the airport to the retreat house on arrival day and back on departure. After you book, you’ll receive the shuttle schedule and sign-up link. Prefer to arrive on your own? Totally fine — rental cars and Red Rock Shuttle are also great options.

Do I need to be an experienced hiker??

Our retreat includes three guided hikes designed for all experience levels. Two of the hikes are beginner-friendly and focus on connection, movement, and breathtaking views through Zion National Park and Snow Canyon.
The optional Narrows hike is more moderate — expect water crossings and uneven terrain, but no technical climbing experience is required. And we have group rentals for gear available as well.
On our final day, you’ll have the option to join a waterfall hike that includes some shallow water crossings and a short ladder climb — a fun and refreshing way to close out the retreat adventure!

What if I'm coming alone?

Coming solo is actually perfect! About 70% of our attendees arrive on their own, specifically seeking to form new connections. We design our activities to foster natural bonding, and our community-style meals and sharing circles help solo travelers quickly feel part of our retreat family.

What kind of food is served?

You’ll enjoy nourishing, chef-prepared brunch and dinner each day — designed to support energy, balance, and restoration after yoga and adventure. Meals are seasonal and mostly plant-forward, with options for meat or fish. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available 24/7.
We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs and preferences — just let us know after booking so our chef can plan accordingly.

What's the typical schedule like?

Each day begins slowly — enjoy a relaxed morning and nourishing brunch before we head out to explore Zion’s trails, hidden waterfalls, and desert landscapes. Yoga and somatic movement practices are offered in the afternoon or evening to help your body unwind and recover after a day of hiking. You’ll also have time for rest, journaling, or a rejuvenating massage session. Evenings end with dinner, connection circles, or peaceful stargazing beneath the Utah sky.
This retreat strikes a balance between adventure and restoration, providing you with space to move, rest, and reconnect.

What should I pack?

Pack light, breathable layers for warm days and cooler desert evenings. Bring comfortable hiking clothes and shoes, swimwear for paddle boarding or lounging by the water, and yoga attire for afternoon or sunset sessions. Don’t forget a light jacket, reusable water bottle, biodegradable sunscreen, and any personal items you need.

Is WiFi available?

WiFi is available throughout the retreat house for those who need to stay connected, though we still encourage taking breaks from screens whenever possible. Many guests choose to unplug during hikes and group activities to fully experience the beauty and calm of the desert.

What if I need to cancel?

We highly recommend buying travel insurance.  This will protect your investment if you need to cancel your trip last minute due to injury, illness or an unexpected event.  You can also add "Cancel for any reason" to your travel insurance plan as well for a slightly additional cost.  We recommend IMG Global for Travel Insurance.  Due to the nature of the retreat and the costs incurred, we are not able to offer refunds directly.

How do I maintain connections after the retreat ends?

We create a private online community for each retreat group where you can stay connected long after returning home. Many past participants have organized reunions, visited each other across the globe, and even returned to future retreats together. The bonds formed at our retreats truly become part of your extended family.

What’s the age range of women who usually join?

Most of our retreats and circles draw women in midlife — typically ages 40 to 70. We’ve also had women in their 30s and women well into their 70s. The common thread isn’t age — it’s the desire for peace, connection, and community. Many women come solo, and leave with new friendships that last well beyond our time together.
